We are committed to acting on any feedback, concerns or complaints from our stakeholders and resolving the same in a timebound manner. We also have a Grievance Redressal Mechanism at project level to formally accept, assess, and resolve complaints from project-affected communities.
We will acknowledge the receipt of feedback within 5 working days and address the same within a period of 15 days.
To Make a Report
You can make a report through our Ethics Line. To make a report, please select the “Make a Report” link at the top of this web page.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Use the system to express any ethical concerns when you suspect any violation of our Business integrity.
