Raju has vast experience of over 22 years in the financial services sector in Asia. Before Cleantech Solar, he was the Managing Director and Country Head of Barclays Capital India from 2007 to 2012. Prior to his tenure with Barclays, Raju has held senior investment banking positions at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, SBC Warburg and DSP Merrill Lynch. Beyond Cleantech Solar, Raju Shukla is also the Founder of Ariana Investment Management that offers high-quality niche investment products across asset classes and geographies. Raju holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Vivesvaraya Regional College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad

Sharon Tay
Chief Executive Officer, Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund
Sharon Tay is CEO of Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund. She joined Keppel Capital in September 2022 and is focused on building the private infrastructure fund business. Sharon has more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure, private equity, fund management and banking industries, primarily in Asia. Prior to Keppel Capital, she was Head of Renewable Energy (Vietnam) at Sembcorp Industries, where she was responsible for driving growth initiatives and strategic direction of Sembcorp’s renewable energy business in Vietnam. Prior to Sembcorp Industries, she held leadership roles in Asia Climate Partners, Daestrum Capital, Deutsche Asset Management, Macquarie Group and Citibank, where she focused on fund management and investments. Sharon holds a Master of Science in Finance & Economics, specialising in Securities and Investment Analysis, and Financial Econometrics, from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Additionally, she is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Cindy Lim
Chief Executive Officer, Keppel Infrastructure
In her 20 years with Keppel Group, Cindy has held various leadership positions. Previously, she served as Director of Group Corporate Development (GCD) of Keppel Corp and concurrently the Managing Director of Keppel Urban Solutions (KUS). Cindy has also served as Executive Director of Infrastructure Services at Keppel Infrastructure. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical & Production) (Second Upper Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and an Executive MBA from the Singapore Management University.

Stuart Chaplin
Board Member & Vice President Finance, Shell Global LNG, Gas & Power Asia and Australia, and Shipping
Stuart joined Shell in 1999 and has held a number of positions, most recently the Chief Risk Officer for Shell Trading & Supply. Previously, he was the Global Commercial Finance Manager for Shell’s Retail Business and Director of Shell Brands International AG, Senior Manager for Shell M&A and Financing, and Head of Business Analysis for Shell globally. Stuart is a fellow of CIMA and has served on its technical committee for several years. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and holds an MA in Economics & Management from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.

Nathaniel Boon Kia Wa
Head of Onshore Renewables – Shell Asia Pacific
Nathaniel “Nate” Boon Kia Wa is currently the Head of Onshore Renewables for Shell in Asia Pacific. Nate is responsible for managing Shell’s presence in the onshore wind and solar portfolio across Asia, especially its growing businesses in SEA and Japan. Nate has served multiple roles in the renewable energy value chain, including Sales & Product Development, Project Development, and Corporate Development, Strategy and Ventures. In his current role, Nate directs and oversees Shell’s operating onshore renewable JVs in Asia and previously served as a Project Director for Shell’s distributed energy projects in Philippines, Singapore and Australia. Prior to Shell, Nate was from Singapore Power Group (SP)’s international strategic investments team, leading the national utility’s entry growth strategies and implementation initiatives for Vietnam and Thailand including acquisitions and partnerships with national market players. He was also responsible for asset management and corporate governance for SP’s Australia gas and power companies, and managed SP’s Impact and Technology Venture investment funds.
Nate started his career in corporate strategy in Zurich for ABB Group developing the strategic roadmap, acquisition and integration of ABB’s solar, electric vehicles and microgrid product lines. He has lived and worked in the United States, Switzerland, and Italy. He graduated with distinction from Singapore Management University’s School of Business and Babson College’s Finance and Business Analytics Program in Massachusetts, USA.
